Default Service Requests Issue

When I login in to view active service requests I am unable to see any service requests under our SoldTo's.
What I do see is service requests that are not associated with any of our SoldTo's.

I have tried several times to resolve this issue by phone and email, each time I get bounced around and then told the issue is fixed.

Who do I need to contact directly to resolve this issue?
Do I need to have my login deleted and then recreated to fix this?

Any help in this matter would greatly be appreciated.

Please send me your email address and the ST's you are supposed to be associated to. We may need to delete your current profile and have you reregister, but i'd like to perform some preliminary investigation.
