Default CCE 4.1 Supervisor to agent messages


How should be activate the functionality for Supervisor to send text-based messages to agents in a CCE 4.1 version

There isn't a out-of-the-box solution for that that im aware of.
I believe that function was removed from CCE when the new CCE Desktop arrived with version 3.0.

Although you could implement the out-of-the-box MS Communicator plug-in in the CCE Desktop to achieve almost the same thing.
