Default CS1K 7.65SW--MPLR32814 is defect and need to be removed ASAP at the site.

It has been found on R7.65 SW MPLR32814 is defective and needs to be replaced by MPLR33011.

ACD Agents go NRD (NOT READY) because not enough bandwidth for call between Caller and ACD Agent (ACT MPLR26995 activates PI functionality) *** NOTE 1: THIS PATCH MARKED AS OBE/DEFECTIVE TODAY 8/OCT/2013. IT WAS FOUND TO CAUSE: Blocks the sending ITS SBR with failure code. This can also cause some ACD agent sets to go into a abnormal state at the end of a call – agents need to hit the Not Ready (NRD) key twice to revert to normal state. It also causes call register lockup (MAINPM=.SPECIAL, AUXPM=.IAGT_MSG_CR). It also causes AUD335 messages *** *** NOTE 2: THIS PATCH NEEDS TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM ALL CS1000 SITES THAT HAVE CONTACT CENTER / AACC *** *** NOTE 3: LINK TO PSN: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100175594 ***
