Default srType is required error message on SR create


We are experiencing intermittent issues with the Service Creation web functionality. Some users are getting a "srType is required" error message when they submit a Service Request. We are working on resolution. If you are receiving this message and are unable to open a web-ticket please phone in the issue to our agents. Contact information can be found at https://support.avaya.com/contact/

For PRIORITY Service, create a Service Request online at http://support.avaya.com. Select Service Requests > Create Service Requests
