Could you give me a bit more detail on the problems you are having with the web site? We are working to make changes as quickly as possible to improve usability. I would like to ensure that we have accounted for your issues.

Also, try chatting with the Live Agents on the Web. You have to be logged in to get this feature, and should be prompted with the opportunity to chat. They can either help you with web-site navigation, or work with you on resolving your technical support issue.

For PRIORITY Service, create a Service Request online at http://support.avaya.com. Select Service Requests > Create Service Requests
