We have recently started testing moving our Avaya IP Office v2 system over from PRI lines to SIP lines. This works fine for phone calls but does not work for faxing. I have attached some logs from Monitor for an incoming fax job. The call goes through and the fax machine shows it is receiving but never gets the fax job and the call ends.
I have also attached the current sip line settings and am open to suggestions. |
