Ipocc - salesforce. Call duration in call logs
Hi! I have an IPOCC and it's integrated with salesforce, actually works fine but we have a problem. When you do o recieve a call a call log is created in "task objects". The following fields are saved by ISA in Call logs.
o Contact id
o Subject (the default value "CALL" will be stored)
o Status- will always be stored as “completed” state
o Phone and email id will automatically be updated from contact
o Duration (in seconds)
o Call Type
The problem is the call log doesn't save the call duration automatically, some one knows why? Thanks for the help
