Default Removing the ringback tone before annucment and before agent answer

One client to call the IPOCC and experience the following.

Before the caller hear the annoucement this caller hear the ringing tone first before hearing the annoucement, and then before the caller reach or connect to the agent the caller will hear a short ring tone before the agent answer.

Client is requesting to remove the rinnging tone in the whole call flow. The call is very basic. Topic then block time if yes go to agent if no agent avail go to annoucemnt.

I was always taught that ring tone was requirred at the begining of each vector Rudy. I'm not sure why there is ring tone just befor the caller is queued however. I would have to see the vector, however, before offering any useful advise.
