You are creating a Telephony template to use for Agents and you are adding Tags e.g. CCK_Caller_Name.
You do not want that the tag Name is shown. |

You can also use the TAG element without a border and it will show value only, then you can add Label element to provide signage as necessary.

Is it possible to rename counters so reports make sense to management? %ToOccuoACW as an example will not make sense to anyone out side of the contact centre

reporting counters can be renamed: in User Interface ->Administration-> configuration -> menu service -> Reporting filters
search the counter which to rename in list, double click on it, a dialog "Overwrite Counter Name" appears, type in the new name and close with "OK" |
