Default Crade to Grave Reporting

I have a prospect that needs a report that summarises all calls by TOPIC according to the how many people the caller spoke with before the call was terminated. This would involve the call being tracked across Server Edition network and may or may not involve IPOCC agents being involved in the call past first point of touch.

Is this possible?

Right now, that is not possible. IPOCC only reports on licensed Agents. It is being discussed as a road-map option though.

There is the contact detail report which you can search by topic and time period. This canned report (can not change it) provides cradle to grave details including the call destination (you need to drive into the details by clicking on magnifying glass for the destination list). This report is accessed in the supervisor panel and is below the historical report and agent report. The data can be extracted to Excel.
