kindly be informed that i need to rest admin password for Avaya Aura™ System Platform Web Console i forget my password

Avaya System Platform default is as follows

User name : admin
Password : admin01

If you are able to access via dom0 then you first want to reset the lock count, in case the user is just locked.
pam_tally --user admin --reset
and also want to unlock on the cdom, since they have individual lock counts.
ssh cdom.vsp pam_tally --user admin --reset

Try the admin login again to see if the account now works
There will be a prompt to type the new password. The new password may not be able to go back to the original admin01 due to the password strength restrictions.
This all requires root permissions, so please remember to login as root

Generally Avaya System Platform defalut password is admin & password is admin01.
but in System Platfrom 6.0.3.6 version having an issue of password lock. if you have the same version go to the latest one 6.0.3.10 version or else go for 6.3 Version.
