Default VPN Client install error

We have a client with a Win10 PC that gets an error installing the Contivity VPN Client 10.06.600 (or any other). It gets: Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {844EFBA7_1C24_93B2_A01F_C8B3B9A1E18E}. HRESULT: 0x80070543. We've installed on many Win10 machines without issue. And another point is that it seems to work on this machine if the error dialog is not acknowledged. If the user doesn't click OK, they can go to the installed app and run it successfully. Clicking OK, does a rollback and removes everything.

Default Avaya VPN Client on Windows 10

Officially the Avaya VPN Client is not supported on Windows 10. The last supported platforms were Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1 before the portfolio was discontinued - prior to Windows 10 general availability.

I am unsure how you were successful, even using compatibility mode, to install the client in working condition as all tests previously conducted in-house suggested changes to the Base Filtering Engine would preclude the final client release (10.06.600) from functioning on a Windows 10 machine. This testing was done with Windows 10 GA release.
