Default IP Office 8.1 Sip extension no voice with analog extensions

I have IP Office 8.1 with third party license and Sip extensions.
Sip extensions work fine with IP extensions but when calling analog extensions or using analog trunk call is established but no voice is heard

Do you have any VCMs on the system?

You must have VCMs to support any VoIP connection to a TDM connection, for example SIP phones to analog trunks or extensions.

If you do have them installed can you call from an Avaya IP Phone to the analog trunks/extns?

Have the 3rd party SIP phones been certified to work on the IP Office?
