Default 9408 On CM 7
Has anyone had an issue where the 9408 digital phones on CM 7 respond with a tone as if a button is sticking when you hit any button trying to use speakerphone?

When this happens the phone can be used fine if you pick up the handset. you can only clear the issue by resetting the phone or busying and releasing.

Phones are on v.17

Sending 2 effected sets to Avaya for testing....

Upgraded firmware to .19 and waiting to see how both parts will pan out.

Issue resolved......

Off hook needs to be set to "Y" to avoid the phones from locking up.
