Default SM Line between SM R7.1 and IPO 9.1

Hello!

I have a IPO which working as Enterprise Branch ( mode distributed). I did a SIP-trunk ( SM line) between SM and IPO. Trunk is up. Also a have a trunk SM - ACM. When i make a call from ACM to IPO it is work. But when i make a call from IPO to SM, SM send me 407 Proxy Authentication Required and no routed call to ACM.

What is I doing not correct?

Try changing the entity link between SM to IPO as trusted, refer page 24 from below document.

Arrow SM Line between SM R7.1 and IPO 9.1

check whether you have defined correct destination for dial pattern to ACM in SM when dialing from IPO.


IPO > SM > Dial Pattern 111 > Destination as SM-ACM Trunk >ACM

Check the trace on SM-ACM Trunk if u are getting any hit there.
