Avaya System Manager and Session Manager test failure.

Hello everybody.
I need to know if there'ssomebody who can help me with some problems in our 4 servers: 2 -Avaya System Manager and 2 -Session Manager.
Two weeks ago, after a power failure, servers were forced out of service, electrical power was solved and the UPS now are ok, but our connections SIP are not functioning.
Replication>Synchronization is working fine with Session Manager.
from CLI, statapp command all services are UP.
From System Manager>System Tools>Maintenance Tests>Target System Manager-Execute All tests, gives a Failure in:
Test network connections to each Session Manager.

Target Session Manager1 and 2, Execute all Tests, return failures in:
Test Call Processing status Failure
Test Service Director status Failure
Test Service Host status Failure
Test SIP A/S Management Server status Failure

Also i can ping between 2 System Managers and 2 Session Manager

Thanks for any tip that can help me to know what is causing failures.

Failure is still active and is not certificate issue, problem began after a power failure, forcing all servers to shutdown, Failover was affected in System Managers too.

Are you absolutely sure the certificates aren't expired? That is a common problem.

Verify you can ping between the servers using hostname. You don't need to enter them into DNS but the server host files need to contain the mappings. Other things to try are running a database repair from the SMGR Replication screen or reinitializing the Session Mgrs using the SMnetSetup command. This should also redo trust management between SMGR and SM.

It definitely sounds like a certificate. Generally a server will continue to run on an old cert until a service is restarted or the server is rebooted.

Make the replication again with your SM

I think you need check DNS server. In windows you need to run "cmd", then write: nslookup sm_dns_name ip_dns_server. And repeat for all sm's and smgr's name. Don't forget about sm signaling interface (sm100).
