Default Error message when assigning Auto Attendant

I get the error "The auto attendant extension length is noth the same length as the machine extension length" any ideas?
This is on CMM version 6.

Hi,
I was tearing my hair out over this one as well but I got the solution. It's a bug.

If you do a search in Support for CMM 6.2 Service Pack 2 and apply this, the problem resolves immediately.

As always, read the notes and remember that the patch install is service affecting

It's pretty sad that I couldn't find this information by searching Support. I found it by accident when searching for new patches.

Anyway, hopefully this will help anyone else who is reduced to googling the same issue!
