Default CS1K 7.5/7.6 SW/UDT card rebooting randomly

Here has been lot of issues reported recently on UDT card which is rebooting randomly .There are some sites with 3UDT on MG1010 and had a similar issue.
MSDL300 24 0 1 FROM: SYS DSBL - SELF TESTING TO: SYS DSBL - SELFTESTS PASSED

MSDL300 24 0 1 FROM: SYS DSBL - SELFTESTS PASSED TO: ENBL

Avaya has investigated on these ongoing issues on UDT card and have found the fix. UDTCAB21 is the solution.

UDT21 validated against Rls 7.5 SP24 and Rls 7.6 SP4 .
This is the known fix content over what is already included in AB17 – Fix 1 and 7 are the big ones – 2-6 are cosmetic in nature.

1. Bug Fix. Position of CSTAT substate in shared memory corrected (fix for MSDL300/MSDL100).
2. Strengthen Upgrade processing – to not leave the board inoperative if the upgrade fails. Once the process starts, the load must reboot thereafter.
3. Global command datacoll moved to Admin user level. (so that you don’t need to go to debug level just to do datacoll and mreport).
4. Self-test. If IDPROM is empty, then fail the self-test with appropriate message (beneficial usage in the functional tester).
5. Add a flag which allows for the printing of PRI Hello messages.
6. Printed “running time” in the datacoll output now based on a lower resolution counter (in order to not wrap-around every +-2 days).
7. New FPGA load that fixes the data bus corruption on CEMUX that was the root cause of the PRI208 errors and is also expected to fix the 3 UDT card problem. (FIX for PRI208 and suspected fix for 3 UDT card issue)

I would also recommend an upgrade to the MGC loadware since it contains a fix that relates to UDT upgrades.

Here are the list of fixes in MGCCD04 that was released with 7.5 SP23. I’ve highlighted one that is related to UDT upgrades.
