Question 9408 History log use.

On our 9408 stations we can not use the callback feature in the call history log for calls from the PSTN. If we press the callback button it just sends the first 5 digits and we receive re-order tone. Anyone know if there is a work around or fix for this?
9408 R15 firmware, S8300 with CM 6.3.13.

Thanks.

Hello ,

There is a option called " ENHANCED LOCAL DIALING RULES " in 46xxsettings.txt file. Please configure this as per your requirement. Reboot the phone to take the new setting file and test this with new configuration.
