Problem Clarification
(Alarm Name) : CMG,A,14 , (Alarm String) : 14/14:22,EOF,ACT|CHRONIC CMG,A,14,MIN;
Experts found the following active alarms:
Getting CMG 14 A in system wants to know why.

Network issue
CMG 14 alarm means that the MM710 (Digital Signal 1) DS1 synchronization signal has been lost, and the MG has sent an SNMP trap to the primary controller: site had installed 2 new CP but the configuration may have issues.
