Default POE Injectors

I've recently been looking into buying a solution to allow us to power our wireless base stations (ipbs1-y3/1d & ipbs2-c3) from a non-POE port on our switch. I know that POE injectors are a possible solution, however we've been told that the Avaya POE injectors are not compatible with our base stations. This surprised me as i can't see why they wouldn't be compatible but if this is the case then what other solutions are there available to us?

Thanks

What "Avaya POE injector" are you trying to use and being told that it is incompatible?

The 1151 does not provide standards-based PoE. The SPPOE-1A does provide standards-based PoE.
