Default One X Attendant Upgrade ver 3 To ver 4
Hello
looking for information on how to upgrade one x attndant ver 3 to latest ver 4
can somebody point me in the right direction on upgrade procedure

Performing migration from one-X Attendant 3.01 and higher
Carry out update
The installation supports updates from Version 3.01.000 and higher. Call the installation setup, no
further actions are necessary.
Use old databases
For databases of the OSPC version 2.5x: See chapter “Avaya one-X Attendant migration from former
versions, including OSPC v2.5x”.
For databases of the one-X Attendant 3.01.000 version and higher: Copy the database in the “restore”
subdirectory and call the restore function. See chapter “Backing and restoring the database”.
