Is this an issue with your collaboratory lab? If so, could you please let us know what lab number you are using? Is this a new issue, or did you notice this the first time you tried to use the AMS?

Hello,
Was there an answer to this, I am experiencing the same issue. CM gets it's license ok from SMGR/WebLM, as does session manager. Media server and AAM don't. Is there a fix for WebLM on SMGR to sort this issue. All servers are virtual and on version 7 btw. Thanks. |

it's not for Collabolatory and I don't know your issue details, but there is a know issue on AMS 7.7.0.334, try to install 7.7 FP1 SP1 (7.7.0.359) https://support.avaya.com/ext/index?page=content&id=SOLN295822&group=UG_ENTITLED _CUSTOMER I hope it will help. Regards, Bartosz |
