How do I resolve an issue with Lab 143 where the inbound DID, when dialed, says: "The number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and try your call again."

I just tried the DID for lab 143 and my call was answered, and caller heard dialtone as expected. Entering 4 digits like 2300 - 2309 will invoke a snap-in deployed to that service profile, or send the call to the ext. if logged in.
There was a restart performed today on your lab that may have caused a brief issue. Please try calling your lab again and let us know how it goes. |
