Default Dial this number, now
Currently we use static dialing lists and infinity lists. These are okay for what we do today but I want to get to where the dialer is more responsive. Is there some sort of api / interface that allows me to dial a specific number as soon as I submit it.

I've seen this in Administering Avaya Proactive Contact, Release 5.0, April 2012, but I'm not sure if it's what I should be looking at. It says,

"Proactive Contact 5.0 adds the ability to Unit Work List Jobs to run using an Infinite List. This allows users to feed records into Unit Work List Jobs in near real-time."
