Default 1608 IP CLI & VDN name display


We are using 1608 IP phone with CM 6 server, Whenever any calls landed in agent phone, They are getting the Customer contact numbers (CLI) and VDN name, it is flashing for seconds alternatively. This is very difficult to see the CLI by agents, Is any option availble to increase the timing of CLI display.

There isn't a way to change that.
