Default Dial by Name

We have a user that isn't in the dial by name directory and I have no idea why - can someone please help?

Make sure you have done all the pre-requisites for it to work - see this link:

Dial by Name

Using the Dial by Name action, callers can indicate the user or group that they require by dialing the name on their telephone keypad and then making a selection from the matches found.
