Solution Delivered Try These

Here are some commands to get you started:

Trunk Groups (TG) . . .
in GEDI use the command "list trunk" to get a list. Then use the command "sta trunk x" for a multi page report on an individual TG

System Health
Good . . .
open emulation mode and use the command "monitor health."

Better . . .
open GEDI and use the command "disp ala." Once the Alarm report selection screen comes up press the F3 key. I usually print this report out in landscape mode.

Best . . .
Use the browser admin tool for the most complete reporting.

I hope this helps.

Bill is right in providing all basic commands to start with knowing server/trunk status.

monitor health
status trunk x
display alarms

You can further refer following guide to know various alarms, how to treat and understand them while monitoring, testing and maintaining an Avaya Communication Manager server.

Good advice Hasim,

And, if you have the Mintenance Library for your version of CM, open it and search for "Maintenance Alarms" to get the specifice version for your rev.
