Default Is there a way to differenciate multimedia ringtones in Avaya AACC?

Our AACC customer would like to have an audible difference when receiving voice versus web chat contacts using the agent desktop application. They keep reaching for the phone when they hear the ringtone for a web chat. Is there a way to accomplish this?
