Default Report help - detailed report on a call or email

Hi There

I am looking for assistance on running a report looking for a specific call and or email. Looking to understand how to locate the detail on who answered a particular call or email and what happened in the call or email.

I have searched here but not found anything, all the report parameters I see are about counting not details, thinking I must be missing something basic.

Hope someone can assist?

Maybe you can check the "Contact Detail Reports".
You should find there the information you need.
