Does anyone know if you can set it up where once an agent logs into Avaya one-x Agent, if it can be set so they are automatically in Ready-In/Auto-In to take calls?
Instead of being put in the default Aux 0 state? |

Hi Chan455, yes you can.
Go to the setting, agent settings and set the "Default Agent state upon ACD connection" to available. |
