Default Session Manager account expired

I am trying to trace a SIP call through Session Manager. I am unable to login to the management interface with SSH using the universal account. I created a new admin on System Manager and still unable to login to session manager.

The error I am getting when using the universal is the account has expired.

What SM version? SMGR and SM logins are separate so creating an admin account in SMGR will not solve this.

It is 7.1 on the collab. Waiting for Avaya to reset the passwords since the System Manager accounts are all locked out too. We only have one account as cust doesn't seem to work either in the lab.
