Default No Caller ID on Partner Phones
We used to get Caller ID on our Partner phones (18D) but a few weeks ago it stopped showing.

I confirmed with the phone company that they're sending Caller ID, and I confirmed it by attaching an old single-line phone directly to our incoming line and Caller ID works there.

What might have changed to make our Caller ID quit showing on our Partner phones?
