Default Cannot View Service Requests/Submit Ticket

After I log into https://support.avaya.com and click on the "Service Requests" option on the top menu I get a message that says "This functionality is only available to customers and partners who are logged in. Please sign in now."

However, I am signed in. It says "Welcome Curtis" and I can view my profile and can see the "Log Out" option on the main support page.

UPDATE: I found that I am still pending approval for our SoldTo number, this was requested 5/23/13. Who needs to approve this request?

Hi Curtis,

The reason you are receiving that message is because your registration is still awaiting final approval from your Company Administrator. After you initially registered back in May were able to login in, but still needed final approval in order to have access to account information as well as our virtual chat agent (Ava).

I am sending you a direct email so we can discuss further, but wanted to ensure a reply was posted here as well.
