Hi team,
I got Ucm space not found exception while doing SingleStepTransfer & RedirectCall operation using EngagementCallControl (ECC) REST API. 2017-01-10 06:52:50,619 [WorkManager.WebSphere_EJB_Container_AsynchMethods_ Internal_WorkManager : 7] EngagementCallControl ERROR - EngagementCallControl-3.2.0.0.07320005 - Ucm space not found, spacename='UCM space not available yet' lookupLocator='lookupstring' com.avaya.ucm.exceptions.UcmSpaceNotFoundException : Ucm space not found, spacename='UCM space not available yet' lookupLocator='lookupstring' at com.avaya.zephyr.services.engagementCallControl.uc m.UCMClientImpl.getUcmSuPeer(UCMClientImpl.java:12 4) I have attached ECC logs file for the same. Please let me know how can I remove/avoid this error ? Thanks, Tanaji B. |

As agreed please test again since you have reinstalled ECC snapin and let me know if you get the same error. |

Hi Mark,
I don't saw this error today while testing my application but originally this error was pointed out by Dilip/Naresh from avaya support. I think they can reproduce this issue again if it exists. Thanks, Tanaji B. |
