Hi,
I've just installed the latest 6.0.4.0.4 release of Avaya Communicator for Microsoft Lync 2013 which completed without error. When I click on the icon, or open it via Tools in the Skype for Business client and error box opens for a nanosecond and then vanishes. Some screen grabbing later and I know the error message is: "lync integration encountered a problem and will close". I can't see any errors in Event Viewer. Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this? Thanks Alistair |

Did you have any joy? Got exactly the same on one client, yet works fine on mine.
Looking to roll out further but need to see if it's a major issue. As a side note, mine appeared not to work today, the Avaya bar at the bottom was missing (worked fine yesterday), but I maximised then normalised the Lync Window and it reappeared. |
