As per IPOCC offer definition It says with IPOCC Server Edition supports simultaneous 100 agents ca be logged in and 500 can be configured.
However ASD does not accept 100 agents and additional supervisors….it allows 100 but ony in case the sum of agents and supervisors equals 100. Pls let us know if this is a bug in ASD or there is any concept involved. Also pls suggest whether IPOCC can suffice for the below requirement · 100 inbound agents · 5 supervisors · 100 channel simultaneous recording · Historical and realtime reporting |

IPOCC can be licensed with 30 or 100 Agents.

Andreas, correct me if i am wrong, but as you add supervisors, dont they count against your agent count?
I tihnk kmishr is trying to add 100 agents, and X amount of supervisors, which would exceed IPOCC capabilities. If i am wrong, and you can have 100 agents in addition to X supervisors, then there is an issue with ASD, and you (kmishr) should open a ticket with IT. |

100 is the sum of all active Agents (Supervisor and Agent with telephony and/or Agent with E-Mail and/or Agent with Chat).
If a Supervisor does not work with telephony, E-Mail or Chat (the Supervisor works as an Administrator) then the Agent license is not neccessary. |
