Default IPO CC Server IP Address Change

Once an IPO CC server has been installed and configured I am unable to use the AdjustHostname tool to update the system IP Address (changed due to network change). Other than re-installing, is there a method to update the IP Addresses manually.

Adjusthostname works for empty database only.
Manual steps for configured Systems:
In 9.0.x
Omniorb Setup and change IP
Statistik Viewer Setup and change IP
Modify ODBC DSN configuration
Modify chap configuration, change IP in IPO
IN 9.1 : only omniorb , chap and IP in IPO

IPOCC user interface > GO to Configuration > Chap Server Tap > Select your chap server and edit it > Chap Adapter Tap > Select your chap adapter and edit it > Chap Adapter line Tap > select your adapter line and edit it > Properties Tap > change your IP address and hostname for your server > save settings > restart watchdog service> activate task flow

These are the Steps to make an IP address change on IPOCC Server :
  1. Login with UI go to “Configuration/Chap Server/Chap Adapter/Chap Adapter Line/Properties change the “LocalIPAddress” and the DNSServerIP and PBXIPAddress if this have also changed.
  2. If the IP address from the IPO also has changed go to Configuration/PBX/PBX Access and change the IP address in the “Host name” field.
  3. Stop the service “IPOCC watchdog” and wait until all processes are stopped.
  4. Start Control Panel/Programs and Features and select “IPOCC omniORB” and then press the “Change” button.
  5. Press the “Modify” button in the OmniORB Setup and enter the new IP address in next window and finish the setup process.
  6. Start Control Panel/Programs and Features and select “IPOCC Statistic Viewer” and then press the “Change” button.
  7. Press the “Modify” button in the Statistic Viewer Setup and enter the new IP address in next window and finish the setup process. If you find “localhost” a change is not necessary. (9.1.2)
  8. Start the “ODBC Data Source Administrator 32bit” and select “System DSN”
  9. Change in ASE and the TRS-DSN connection the IP addresses. If you found “localhost” a change is not necessary. (9.1.2)
  10. Update the hosts file located in %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
  11. Extra Step if you're on R10+: Visit the Configuration/PBX/Conf.Access and change the IP address of the PBX (If the PBX IP addressed changed also).
  12. Start the IPOCC Watchdog again.
