My customer gave me her Avaya 4610 SW phones after she could not find the guy who installed them. I have purchased a PoE switch and am trying to access the phones through the web interface. I do not know the password(s) and neither does the customer. How can I default these phones? They are release 2.0 and it app4ears they came out of Mexico from looking at the sticker on the bottom. I have tried to reset using the mute button and the hold button. Neither button will get me into the admin screen nor allow me to access admin functions. If I can set everything back to factory default I would be very happy!.

Okay, the customer found the password and I can access the system but I have a couple of issues I am trying to resolve while learning the system.
1. None of the feature buttons operate (i.e. transfer, conference, mute, etc.) 2. I am trying to get the voice mail to email to work and not having any luck. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Quote:
