Hi All,
Can anyone advise how I can get J139 phones working with H.323 licenses on IP Office R11.0.4? Phone keep showing Acquiring service message. Thanks, Mehar |

J139 phones do not support H.323 signalling, only SIP.
Delete your H.323 extension (leave the User, it is fine) Create a new SIP extension instead The license is still an Avaya IP Endpoint license, doesn't matter if the Avaya IP phone is using SIP or H.323 to communicate (Also, make sure SIP Registrar is checked on the LAN interface that the phone is registering to) |

Can you guide me where I can find this kind of information in the future? I have struggled for almost 2 - 3 weeks asking local vendors and checking online resources - no clear answer. |
