Default Software v5.6.2.026 POE unavailable in EDM 4000 Series

For your information, i just install Firmware Version: 5.6.2.1 and Software Version: v5.6.2.026. On a Ethernet Routing Switch 4850GTS-PWR+
The POE consommation is no longuer avalaible with a browser (ie9 or other). It is avalaible in Telnet.

Also sometime in Telnet, you will see a POE port with Volt, Current and watt but nothing is connected to it.

So if for you it is important to know the exact amount of POE Power a port used, Do not install this version.

Avaya have been able to reproduce the problem and will correct it...

IE version 9 is not officially supported with EDM and could result in incorrect display of data. Always double check items in CLI if using IE9.

For Release 5.6.2, there are three different PoE firmware images available as per reelase notes:
4500_PoE_400.img
PoE Firmware for ERS 4500 (up to hardware revision 11: 4526T-PWR HW:11, 4550T-PWR HW:11, 4524GT-PWR HW:11, 4526GTX-PWR HW:11, 4548GT-PWR HW:11 )
4500_PoE_400b15.img
PoE Firmware for ERS 4500-PWR (hardware revision 12 or later: 4526T-PWR HW:12, 4550T-PWR HW:12, 4524GT-PWR HW:12, 4526GTX-PWR HW:12, 4548GT-PWR HW:12)
4000_PoEplus_410B4.bin
PoE+ Firmware for 4526T-PWR+, 4550T-PWR+, 4826GTS-PWR+, 4850GTS-PWR+,
