Hello, I'm relatively new to Avaya products but have become the default administrator for our company.
I am trying to clean up what looks to be a very unkempt agent list and was wondering if there is a way to pull a report that shows when the agent was last logged in? I spent the better part of an hour searching but nothing has worked thus far. so any direction would be greatly appreciated. We are on CMS version R18 and ASA version 6.0. |

Under the CMS application you can search under Historical/Agent (Category)/login/logout (Skill) report and place the dates you want. Should give you the results you are looking for.
