Question One X - Mobile Presense

A pontential client wants mobile presence. I know that One X can do this, but only when a call is routed through the phone system. Is there any way the system can recognise mobile presence when a call is made direct to the mobile? If so I'd be extremely keen to find out as this is a deal breaker for a $100,000 system install. If not...why not?? and can we modify the app so that it can??

that is not possible in the current design..

Reason being the Presence server can monitor the stations

For CM Extensions via AES
For SIP stations via Session Manager...

We dont have a mechanism to detect if any Off-PBX-telephone is on-call right now atleast in the current design. having said that it will detect if the call is being made using the One-x CES.Otherwise Plain GSM to GSM call from a mobile mapped as a Ec500 dest for an extension wont trigger a change in Presence.
