Default howto generate a session manager / system manager and sbc license file

hello team ,

some one know the process to generate the session manager, system manager and sbc license files .

Default SM, SMGR licenses

Hi jmppprd,

The license files would be generated by the PLDS and licensing team in Avaya when a purchase order is made for SM, SMGR, SBC etc.
Once the product / servers is delivered, the BP or customer is expected to login with their Username / password to PLDS web site and they should be able to see the licenses on PLDS.
If you are not able to find it in plds then please contact your Avaya Accounts manager to get this created and uploaded to you on PLDS.

this does not work for KRS when installing along with CS1K.
We have been told to generate the license file using the "URN" from KRS.

under the krs there is a ppt that go over features and creating the URN. You will need the MAC address of the system manager or Session manager
