Default ERS 5650*TD-PWR whining fan issue

We have recently received a shipment of ERS5650-TD-PWR switches, and several of them have whining fans. All of these have a manufacture date of 06/21/2013.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue or not? I have searched and have not found anything yet.

FANs on a one unit switches (even different brands) always are noisy. Do not worry about that if the command '#show system verbose' output shows that all FANs are in normal state.

Being this is POE switches I think the fan will be little bit noisy. If the fan is not showing fail, then u can continue use them.
Is this creating serious issue compared to other similar model switches?
