Question Modular Messaging 5.2-Uploading audio Files

I have a group that would like their voicemail greetings professionally recorded. I know we can utilize WSO to upload the audio files. My question is what format do these audio files need to be recorded in? I have not had any luck in my web search. Thank you!

8 kbps a law .wav file. If you windows Xp(inbuilt application) you can convert as req. format.
