Default Witness CSCM major alarm

Hello,
Recently we’ve installed a new CSCM 7.8.4 with CM 5.2.1 and AES 5.2 , everything is configured properly when we tried to replay the recorded call no voice or audio was there, when we checked the CSCM alarm page this Major Alarm was shown:
No audio packets received from aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:abcd. Call failed or no network path to recorder
Appreciate your feedback for this issue.
Thanks

Default Cscm 7.8

You will need to have the CSCM patch with dmcc.jar file to fix it. It is a known issue.

Smile CSCM major alarm problem solved

Hi all,

i just want everyone to know that the problem is solved, i got the patch file 78115 and replaced all files but the most important thing that i did not do is that i have to delete a folder before starting the cscm service it's already mentioned in the release note which is: delete folder /opt/witness/tomcat5525/work
Now everything is OK.
Thanks
