Default Secure Router

Hi folks,

I am trying to filter out certain websites like Facebook using a Secure Router 2330 and am not having success. Under Firewall Global, I am using the command URL-KEY-FILTER but it is not working.

Can someone tell me what I am missing?

Have you enabled layer 7 web inspection also? Let's try once enabling the WEB under firewall global then configuring url-key-filter for outbound traffic.
Try this,
firewall global
url-key-filter facebook

If it works, good or else open a service request with TAC. We can take this further.
