HI all,
In my customer the extension is 112300 and DID 1233452300 for incomming call "incoming => 123345XXXXX => destinaton 11#" It's work fine but for send the good DID ? Yvan |

You can't send the DID like that (it's really frustrating) you'll need to put in the full number for that extension to send out the DID.

In ARS add S123345E to the telephone number

You need within the User Short COde define a Dial Entry with the associated CLID for that user.

Using your example you must do the follwoing:
- User with lcoal extension 112300 and extenrla DID 1233452300 - You must set within the user a shortcode 9N Dial NS1233452300 |
