New to Avaya....
I have configured multiple one-X Communicators (6.2.5) using SIP and can place a normal call just fine IP Office 9.1. However when I attempt to initiate a conference it doesn't complete. I also cannot drop the last call from the one-X Communicator. It's probably something basic in my setup/config but what do I need to get conferences working with the softphones? Thanks! |

The Avaya One-x Communicator is just only a softphone and work as Hardphone.
When you said that conf. getting dropped there can be issue with many things. We can't point out directly to phone.

hi Malmqu,
i have faced the same issue i was not able to disconnect the call. we found this issue of the customer PC not the Soft phone. So you can try to upgrade the avaya one-x to find out the cause.post that issue still same persists that means not the avaya one-x issue. |
